These terms govern your use of knownlife.co and your purchase of KNOWN digital products. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We keep them in plain language because that's how we do everything.

Who we are and what you're buying

KNOWN is a child development education company. We sell digital parenting guides in PDF format. When you complete a purchase, your guides are delivered instantly through a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Because the products are digital, nothing ships.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You can reach us anytime at hello@knownlife.co.

Your license to use the guides

Your purchase gives you a personal, nontransferable license to download, print, and use the guides within your own household. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the guides in whole or in part, and you may not upload them to shared drives, social media, or file sharing services.

Schools, practices, and organizations that want multi user access can contact us at hello@knownlife.co about licensing.

All guides, scripts, frameworks, and site content are the copyrighted intellectual property of KNOWN. Years of work went into these materials; thank you for respecting that.

Educational content, not professional advice

KNOWN guides are educational resources grounded in child development research. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

The guides are written for typically developing children. Children with developmental diagnoses, trauma histories, or significant behavioral concerns may need additional professional support. Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified provider about concerns specific to your child, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in a KNOWN guide. If you or your child are in crisis, contact your local emergency services right away.

You are responsible for deciding how to apply the guides in your own family.

Nothing on this site creates a provider and patient relationship of any kind.

Refunds

Every guide comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If a guide isn't what you hoped for, email hello@knownlife.co within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full. Complete details are in our Refund Policy at knownlife.co/refund-policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempting to breach security, no scraping or copying content at scale, no interfering with checkout or other users, and no using the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access or cancel orders that violate these terms, including any sharing or resale of the guides.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and guides are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNOWN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at knownlife.co/privacy-policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
