Refund Policy

Every KNOWN guide comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that didn't help. This page explains exactly how it works.

The guarantee

If a guide isn't what you hoped for, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your order in full. This applies to every product in the shop, individual guides and bundles alike.

You do not need to give a reason, though honest feedback helps us make the guides better.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email hello@knownlife.co from the address you used at checkout, within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number if you have it handy; if not, we can find your order by email address.

That's it. No forms, no hoops.

Fair use of the guarantee

We ask that you use the guarantee honestly. We may decline refunds where we see a pattern of repeated purchasing and refunding, or evidence that guides were shared or redistributed.

Refunds on a bundle apply to the whole bundle order. We do not issue partial refunds for individual guides inside a bundle.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Something wrong with your order?

If anything about your order is off, a wrong file, a broken link, or a missing email, you don't need a refund, you need a fix. Contact us at hello@knownlife.co and we will make it right fast.
