KNOWN ("we," "us," or "our") operates knownlife.co. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language because that's how we do everything.
Information you give us. When you download a free guide, join our email list, purchase a product, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name (if given), your email address, and, for purchases, billing details processed by our payment provider.

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform and analytics tools.
Payment information. We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with other companies for their own marketing.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: email list data until you unsubscribe, and order records as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Our website and products are created for parents and caregivers, meaning adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@knownlife.co and we will delete it.
We use reputable providers and strong safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
